Method
How the three networks gather, verify and display data. These rules are identical for all three and apply to every country site.
This is the shared method for compareinvoicing.eu, compareaccounting.eu and comparebanking.eu. The methodology page on each country site links here, so there is one version of these rules instead of one per site that can drift apart.
A source and a date with every value
Every price and every feature value is recorded per package, together with the URL it came from and the date someone checked it there. Both travel with the value onto the page, so you can always see where a claim comes from and how old it is. A value we cannot source does not go on the site.
How long a value stays valid
Two re-verification terms, because not everything moves at the same pace: a price can change with a campaign, while whether a package has a customer portal rarely changes at all. Prices are re-verified within 60 days, feature values within 180 days.

- Past that term the page switches to “last checked on” wording, rather than quietly presenting an old value as current.
Reviews
Ratings are Trustpilot aggregates, with a link to the profile and the date they were retrieved. A rating appears only once a product has at least 20 reviews: below that, a single new review can move the average by half a star, so we link to the profile instead. Products without a reliable review profile show no rating at all. We never write, edit or reweight reviews ourselves.
No ranking, anywhere
None of the sites ranks. There is no score, no top ten, no editor’s choice and no paid placement. Which product suits you depends on your situation, and a list cannot know that. What the sites do instead is put the facts side by side and name their source.
- Listings are sorted on a factual, disclosed parameter — alphabetically — and never on anything that reads as a verdict.
- Neither a place in a listing nor a position within it can be bought.
- This site holds itself to the same rule: the three networks are named in a fixed, neutral order.
Agents propose, people decide
Software agents do the routine checking: whether a source link still resolves, whether the price on a vendor’s page still matches ours, and which values are due for re-verification. They only report and propose. Nothing reaches a live page until a person has checked the proposal against the source and approved it.
Found an error?
Tell us and we will check it against the source. If a value is wrong we correct it and set a new verification date; if it turns out to be right, we will tell you why. The same address works for a product that meets a network’s inclusion criteria but is missing from it.
